Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of washing machine repair services provided by Washing Machine Service visakhapatnam ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") in visakhapatnam, Telangana, India.

By contacting us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

We provide the following washing machine repair and maintenance services:

  • On-site diagnosis and repair of washing machines
  • Replacement of defective parts and components
  • Regular maintenance and cleaning services
  • Emergency repair services (subject to availability)
  • Technical consultation and advice

Our services are available for all major washing machine brands and models, subject to parts availability and technical feasibility.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests

  • Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our contact form
  • We will confirm appointment details within 2 hours of your request during business hours
  • Same-day service is subject to technician availability and location
  • Emergency services may incur additional charges

Appointment Changes

  • You may reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours notice
  • Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) may incur a service charge
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Pricing and Payment Terms

Service Charges

  • Diagnostic fee is charged for service visits and assessment
  • Diagnostic fee is typically waived if repair work is performed
  • Repair costs are quoted after diagnosis and require your approval
  • Parts costs are additional and based on actual requirements
  • Emergency service calls outside business hours incur additional charges

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and digital payments
  • For major repairs requiring expensive parts, partial advance payment may be required
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

Price Changes

Final repair costs may differ from initial estimates if additional problems are discovered during service. Any significant changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Service Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

  • We provide a 30-day warranty on all repair work performed
  • Warranty covers the same issue that was originally repaired
  • If the same problem recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will fix it at no charge
  • Warranty does not cover new problems or issues unrelated to our repair work

Parts Warranty

  • Replacement parts are covered by manufacturer warranty when applicable
  • We will assist with warranty claims for defective parts
  • Parts warranty duration varies by manufacturer and component type

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Problems caused by power surges or electrical issues
  • Damage from attempted self-repair or third-party service
  • Issues arising from use beyond manufacturer specifications

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the washing machine for our technicians
  • Provide accurate information about the problem and machine history
  • Be present during service appointments or designate an authorized representative
  • Ensure electrical safety and proper ventilation in the service area
  • Remove valuable items and personal belongings from the vicinity
  • Follow post-service instructions and maintenance recommendations
  • Report any issues covered under warranty within the warranty period

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not caused by our service
  • We are not liable for data loss or damage to items stored in washing machines
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or supplier issues.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Conditions

  • Full refunds are provided if we cannot diagnose or repair the issue due to our limitations
  • If repair is not economically viable, diagnostic fees may be refunded at our discretion
  • No refunds for successfully completed repairs that meet warranty terms
  • Parts cannot be returned once installed unless defective

Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled before technician arrival without charges
  • Cancellations after technician arrival but before work begins may incur a service call charge
  • Once repair work has commenced, cancellation may result in charges for work performed

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or disagreements:

  • We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably
  • Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of service
  • We will investigate and respond to complaints within 7 business days
  • Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation before legal action
  • Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of India and courts of visakhapatnam jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes affecting existing services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance.
